PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

My career in learning and development spans higher education and corporate environments, giving me a unique perspective on how people learn, grow, and develop professionally across every stage of their career.

Instructional Design

I spent over five years as an Instructional Designer and Senior Instructional Designer in the world of higher education, designing hundreds of online courses across a wide range of topics, audiences, and platforms. From there, I moved into the world of corporate Instructional Design. My work focuses on creating learning experiences that are engaging, accessible, and built around real outcomes - not just content delivery. I’m always looking to learn, connect, and support others in their unique journeys.

WORKSHOP FACILITATION

I design and facilitate hands-on workshops for professional organizations and am excitedly developing a workshop series for emerging professional and career readiness groups covering resume building, LinkedIn, interview preparation, networking, and Al tools for career development.

It’s okay to do it scared. Just make sure to do it regardless.
