Hi, I’m Allison Meyer Bond - a learning and development professional, consultant, and speaker who is passionate about making career development, digital literacy and technology education accessible, practical, and human. I help individuals and organizations build the skills that actually get things moving.
My Professional Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction and have spent my career at the intersection of learning design, career development, and practical skill building. I grew up in a small town, left to earn two degrees, built a career, became a mom, and came back with a deep commitment to helping people access opportunities they weren’t always told were available to them.
What I Do
I design and facilitate workshops, speak to professional organizations and emerging leaders, and consult with individuals on career development, professional presence, and using modern tools, including AI, to get ahead without losing their authentic voice.
The Growth Session
I’m also the founder and host of The Growth Session - a podcast about career growth, practical tools, and honest conversations.
On a personal note…
Thank you SO much for visiting my site. I am a working mom of two beautiful children - Amelia and Tom - and I am so excited to show them what we can do when “just try it and see what happens” comes into play.
I have a deeply supportive husband - Daven - who both grounds me and encourages me to dream wildly and take the big leaps.
My family and I live on a quiet road in rural Northern New York, where the summers are blissful and the winters are blistering cold…and we love it nonetheless. Because after all, is there anything better than being snowed in with toddler giggles and a good book?
